This is the first freshly squeezed raw sake from Zancho Horai. Because it is a tokuso-jun, the ginjo aroma is low. In the mouth, there is a light gasiness, followed by a nutty sweetness that is nothing short of delicious. The specs are as follows
Rice used: Chiba rice
Polishing ratio = 60
Sake meter = -3.0
Acidity = 2.0
