Today I found fresh abalone and toshiro (abalone liver), so I bought it along with slices of sashimi. Here is the combination: 💁♂️
Let's begin. The aroma is sweet with a hint of grain. When you put it in your mouth, it has a beautiful mouthfeel, followed by an elegant acidity that is refreshing.
First, it is served with slices of sashimi. The sweetness of the sake and the umami taste increase together. Next, I paired it with raw abalone and toshoro. It has a little bit of the peculiar taste of the shellfish but it is delicious without bitterness 😋It also goes well with Tenmei 😋It removes the smell of fish 👍If anything, it is more suited for a food sake 😃.
