I had soba and sake during the day, but I drank this at night 😆.  Let's start with the standing aroma. It has acidity and a hint of rice ear. When you put it in your mouth, there is a citrus-like nuance for a moment, followed by a light acidity in a smoothness. Finally, there is a slight bitterness with a hint of ear of rice flavor. Unlike the fruity, sweet and umami taste that is typical of Nabeshima, it has a reserved taste. It is suitable for a mid-meal drink.  Serve with grilled chicken. The salty flavor of the yakitori grilled over binchotan charcoal and the light sour taste of this sake spread in the mouth in a good balance. Delicious 😋. I recently visited Goshogawara and Kaneki-cho in Aomori. Osamu Dazai's birthplace, it was bigger and more spacious than I had imagined😳It was the family home of a wealthy man, not a rich man 🤯.  With that in mind, I opened a bottle of this one: 💁‍♂️  Let's start with the standing aroma. The nose is juicy and gorgeous, with hints of white grapes and lychee. It is light and smooth on the palate with a slight sweetness and a refreshing acidity. The slightly sweet aftertaste is refreshing with a touch of acidity.  Serve with sashimi of tuna. The light flavor of the tuna and the refreshing taste of this sake mix well and become a good balance. Delicious 😋. It has a faint aroma of slightly sweet tortoiseshell candy. In the mouth, it has the richness and umami that is typical of sake, while the acidity and bitterness create a crisp dry taste.  Serve with sashimi. It went especially well with the tuna. The fat of the tuna spread in the mouth in perfect balance with the umami and a little bitterness of this sake. I'm reading Osamu Dazai's Tsugaru📖 right now, so in connection with the Tsugaru region, I opened a bottle of 💁‍♂️ today🍶.  The standing aroma is just a hint.  When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the smooth and gentle flavor spreading through the smooth and clean mouthfeel. It disappears like a melting snow at the end. The taste is lighter than the image of the label, and it is quite easy to drink.  Serve it with fried mackerel with tatsuta-age. The flavor of this sake increases when combined with the moderate fat of the mackerel, and it is interesting that it changes to a sweetness that reminds me of apples for a moment 🤔 Also, it tastes good and delicious👍. In the mouth, there is a slight gasiness and a fresh, fruity sweet flavor that spreads in the mouth with a clean finish and a pleasant bitterness. It has more sharpness than expected, but it is easy to drink.  With stuffed crab shells. The texture and umami of the crab meat, inner and outer eggs bring out the smooth, rich sweetness and umami of this sake, and the crisp sharpness at the end refreshes the palate.
