This is the third kind of souvenir sake 🍶 from Niigata Nagaoka. The word "super direct pumping" gets me excited😍.
Let's try it!
It's a little tight on the palate.
It's a little tangy on the palate, but that's because it's directly pumped.
It is fresh and lush, but then the mellow umami hits you. You will be drowned in the umami. But the next moment, it cuts off quickly and is dry & sharp. I love this 😋.
Nagaoka's sake is too major to come out in Tokyo, but there are great sake in the ones that don't 🍶.
