Today's Hatsusen Taste Comparison
It has been getting colder recently, so we started with hiyaoroshi.
We also opened a bottle of Hachisen Orange.
Let's have some!
Even though it is hiyaoroshi, it is very refreshing.
I can feel the fruitiness, but it's good because I like watery sake😍.
But the greatness of this sake came after the temperature went up a bit.
I was drinking it in a glass of Suwa Gokura, which has a great aroma, but the intense muscat aroma, and the refreshing feeling after drinking it, is a wonderful feeling of delicious mouthwatering acidity. 😍😍
This year's Yasen hiyaoroshi is enjoyed at temperature.
