When I drink outside, I often forget to take pictures, which is a problem.
It has been a while since I had it at my favorite yakitori restaurant.
Akita sake has that high-class sake, too,
Akita sake has that high quality, but once you get past a certain level, it's all good sake.
So we went to Mansaku!
When cold, it is crisp and refreshing, and as the temperature rises, it adds a nice flavor of umami, spiciness, and Akita sake acidity. I like sweet and juicy sake, but I also love this kind of sake that complements food 😍.

For me, I prefer drinks that complement the food rather than those that are complete on their own. Most of the time, though, local 🐟🐄🐖🐓🥗 local sake🍶 completes the meal.
