100% Sasanishiki Slightly yellowish color. No carbon filtration. Distinctive aroma and taste. A little peculiar but delicious.

At the sake tasting set The others are Otokoyama Tsuragiragi Sawa Masamune Nama It seemed to be the richest. Otokoyama was the most refreshing and tasty. Sawa Masamune was light. I drank more Otokoyama.

Ancient rice wine It has a red color. Red rice? Fruity or not sake. Sweet and sour. Like a fruit wine. It's not korejanai.

It seems to have a high alcohol content, probably because it's labeled as a "pure sake". It's good, but I prefer the Meikyojo-jimizu from earlier. I think it has a strong umami taste.
