It was called No. 9 yeast.
The sweetness was light, and although the acidity was apparent, it was not sharp, but rather mild and pleasant to the palate. The aroma is strong and gorgeous, but not outstanding. It has a pure and clean taste. I think it is tasty and I don't dislike it, but my honest impression is that I don't like it that much...
But it is hot in summer. Beer tastes good and sake doesn't go down well.
