The aroma is slightly fruity.
It's clean and fresh, with 🌾 umami and sweetness 😊 But for me, the bitterness (astringency? I just felt the bitterness (astringency🤔) was a bit strong for me😅.
It might be good with Sashimi or Sushi!

When opened, it smells like Cel24 yeast 🍍, like pineapple (a little weak 🤔).
In the mouth, it tastes sweet and sour with umami and bitterness! The aftertaste is clean and delicious 😋😋😋.
I personally prefer a little less bitterness.
Perfect with wild vegetable tempura and soba noodles, especially with creamy cheese👌.

Almost no aroma immediately after opening the bottle
First sip...light 🙄 or rather light in taste 🤔.
When I drink it with food, I can taste sweetness and umami.

In the mouth, it is sweet and yet refreshing!
Umami and acidity are also present, clean and balanced taste, delicious 😋😋😋😋😋.
It's so easy to go.
It goes well with jyoyo-nabe, amberjack, and Thai shabu shabu 👌.
A bit of a shame that the bitterness becomes a bit stronger at room temperature 😢.
Personally, I prefer it cold ☺️

Visiting Ise with my wife's parents!
(We just went there last October 😅)
Geku shrine → Sarutahiko shrine → lunch at Ise Kaku Uchingu restaurant → around the inner shrine and back to the inn for my parents and to Ise Man for myself and my wife 😁.
This time, due to the space in our fridge (and budget), we only tasted the raw sake!
