I bought it hibernating in a liquor store without checking the production date😅. When opened Not much aroma, faint grain type aroma First sip, tastes almost like traditional sake but a bit different 🤔? Strange taste 🙁. As I continue to drink it Behind the alcohol taste, there were rice taste, sourness, umami, and sweetness, which became complex and deep taste, and it was delicious. 2nd day The alcohol feeling softened, and a gentle sweetness and sourness spread in the mouth, followed by the taste of rice (umami) and a slight bitterness. When it reaches room temperature, the sweetness becomes even stronger and the aroma changes to a slight vanilla-like sweetness 😀. Quite tasty 🤤. The second day was more delicious with a taste I personally like 😋. Next time I see it, I'll make sure to check the production date and buy a new one 😋. I'll buy a new one 🧐.

The last sake of 2012 was Shinshu Kamerei and New Year's Eve Soba 😀. A faintly sweet and fruity aroma, The sweet and fruity aroma, umami and gentle acidity make it refreshing. As you drink it, the sweetness and the flavor of koji (malted rice) appear. The aroma of the buckwheat noodles we ate together with it spread into our nostrils. The aroma of the soba noodles we ate together with the sake filled our nostrils and enhanced the taste of the soba even more. It was easy to drink and very tasty. Purchased at Morishita Sake Shop when I visited Ise in October. Fruity aroma Full-bodied umami, sweetness and sourness Finally, a hint of bitterness and crispness 😊. Good with sashimi, synergy of deliciousness 🤤. The work is not to be missed, it was delicious 😋😋😋😋😋😋. If I have a chance to visit Ise again, I will bring them back 😋.

Mild aroma Slightly stronger acidity, giving a refreshing impression 😀. But it also has umami and sweetness that makes it delicious 😋😋😋. It goes perfectly with Buri Shabu (yellowtail shabu) and other dishes. It was very delicious. I would like to drink more Sentori in the future 😊.

First Snowball 🎉 I was afraid to open the bottle, but I was impressed by the automatic stirring I saw for the first time. I'm impressed 🤩. The sweetness, slight sourness, and the carbonation is really good ‼️ like a lactic acidic carbonated beverage (squall 😄) Delicious 😋😋. If I see it again, I will definitely buy it 😊.

The smell of old-fashioned sake. I took a sip thinking it might not be my favorite taste. Slightly tangy, lightly sweet and tasty, and refreshing. Easy to drink 😊. It was delicious against my expectations. I was surprised at how good it tasted 😋. Second day after opening the bottle, the overall flavor seems to have become bland 🤔. I prefer the first day😊.

A year ago, we drank Saku (or was it Masano-no-sato 🤔), which got us into sake as a couple😊. This time, we drank the SOU no Tomo. Slightly fruity aroma. I felt it was less full-bodied than Masa no Satoshi, but It was a delicious sake that was easy to drink with umami and sweetness in a refreshing and clean taste. The flavor of the pork was very good. It enhanced the taste of the pork 👍

First time to drink Akabu Fresh aroma when you open the bottle. It has a fresh feeling with a slight carbonation piquancy. It was very beautiful and delicious 🍶 with a good balance of umami, sweetness, and sourness and a clean taste. It was delicious 😋. My wife and I finished 4 bottles in one day😅.

Luckily there was a cancellation and I was able to purchase it: ✌️ Ginjo aroma and sweet aroma like cotton candy. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the pizzazz of the carbonation and the sweet, yet clean and fresh taste with a hint of bitterness. The taste is sweet, yet refreshing and fresh, with a hint of bitterness. It was very delicious 🍶😋! It went well with soba noodles, tempura, and soba miso 👌! I want to drink it again next year 🍶🤤.

One of the bottles purchased at Morishita Sake Shop to commemorate my visit to Ise. One of the bottles I purchased at Morishita Sake Shop. When the bottle was opened, it had a nice fruity aroma! When I put it in my mouth, it tasted different from what I imagined from the aroma. It has a clear, dry taste with a touch of bitterness. It has a sharp taste. It brings out the deliciousness of the meat and washes away the remaining fat in the mouth with a crisp taste, which makes the chopsticks go further 😋. When it reached room temperature, it became more umami and mellow, making it even more delicious to drink: ☺️ It also goes well with oden on the second day👍.

It's been a little while, I went to visit Ise. I was going to sample some Shirataka at Shirataka Miyake Shoten, where they were giving out free sake to commemorate the 100th anniversary of Shirataka's donation to Ise Jingu Shrine. ✌️ It has a full-bodied, dry, umami and acidic taste, just like a Japanese sake. ☺️ It has a nostalgic taste and is delicious. 👍
