When the bottle is opened, the aroma is subtle. The first sip has a tangy sensation followed by the umami and sweetness of rice. After the first sip, the rice flavor and sweetness spreads in the mouth with a moderate bitterness and a clean aftertaste 😋. The more you drink, the more mellow and delicious it becomes. After 2 days, the aroma becomes fruity and even more deliciously sweet 😄. It has become one of my favorites👍

It was labeled ⚠️ with a warning to open the cap... The inner cap was in the middle of opening the aluminum cap 😅. Aroma is faint! The taste is refreshing with a spicy and bitter tang from the carbonation, followed by the umami and sweetness of the rice. When mixed with lees, the flavor increases and mellows out! Delicious 😋.

I went to Koyama Shoten in Tama City for the first time for a drive! There were too many 🍶 to choose from, so I told the store staff what I liked and they picked one for me ^_^! Very fruity aroma, plenty of rice flavor and sweetness, with a pleasant bitterness and a hint of sourness, very tasty 😋! The fruity aroma was accompanied by an alcoholic feeling that came through the nose, and the aftertaste was refreshing and clean. Thanks to the waiter who recommended this 🍶 🙂‍↕️‼︎ We enjoyed it very much 🍶.

Aroma, taste, sake-like sake. Immediately after opening the bottle, it was still too early for me as a sake novice who likes sweet taste 😅. Dry, strong bitterness, clean and crisp aftertaste It would go well with sushi or raw fish dishes such as nameko mushrooms. 3 days after opening the bottle, the taste has mellowed and I can feel the umami and sweetness and I can enjoy drinking it myself 😊.

Immediately after opening the bottle, it smells like old-fashioned sake. When you put it in your mouth, it is sweet! It tastes like a very sweet version of the sake I used to drink, which is a strange sensation, but delicious 😊. As you drink it, it smells like caramel! The quality of the sweetness is a rich sweetness like molasses or mangosteen sugar, yet with a slight bitterness and a refreshing alcohol taste, you can enjoy drinking it without it being too much 🍶 It is a taste that you will become addicted to 😋.
