My Favorite Crops First of all, open the bottle Fruity aroma No cloying taste, refreshing and light, with a firm sweetness and umami, and ending with bitterness It enhances the taste of food without interfering with it. The second day after opening the bottle, the aroma has increased and a full-bodied, elegant sweetness and umami have emerged. Personally, I prefer this one to the one immediately after opening the bottle 😊. 4th day after opening the bottle: The sweetness and umami have slightly decreased, and the taste has changed to a more refreshing one due to the alcohol. The taste varies from day to day but all were delicious 😋😋😋😋😋😋. As expected from Saku-sama 😊.

Memorandum of drinking in the past February 2024 Selected from Setoichi, a brewery recommended by a liquor store when I was just getting into sake. Fruity aroma like apple Fresh, crisp, umami sweetness and sourness, with a slight alcohol taste that left my nose and gave me a clean feeling 😊. It was delicious 😋😋😋.

My wife wants to drink Saku Impression after a long time, so we go to a liquor store in the city 🚙. They have a variety of Saku, but the Impression we were looking for 💦 was not available. When we asked the owner, he said he didn't order any for this year... 😢Please order some next year 🙇🏻‍♂️ So, I found a bottle of Saku Aizan and another bottle in the fridge, and while rummaging through the fridge, my wife's eyes 🤩 spotted the words "sparkling and nigori". I immediately took her home and opened the bottle. Sweet aroma like a lactic acid bacteria drink! Full-bodied, umami sweetness with almost no sourness. It has a refreshing taste with just the right amount of bitterness from the sparkling carbonation. Refreshing taste, delicious 😋😋😋😋😋😋😋.

Just the right amount of slight carbonation Good aroma, sweetness, sourness, and balance of flavors. The best! The alcohol content is low and you will drink too much. ZAKU is still good 😋.

小田原、酒匂のお酒屋さんに紹介してもらいました。38年ぶりに再開した開成町の酒造のお酒。復活後に出したこのお酒で、フランスの日本酒品評会で金賞を受賞したというもの。とても上品なスッキリした味わい。 甘口が好きな私の好みの方向とは少しことなりましたが。。。
