First of all, open the bottle
Fruity aroma
No cloying taste, refreshing and light, with a firm sweetness and umami, and ending with bitterness
It enhances the taste of food without interfering with it.
The second day after opening the bottle, the aroma has increased and a full-bodied, elegant sweetness and umami have emerged.
Personally, I prefer this one to the one immediately after opening the bottle 😊.
4th day after opening the bottle: The sweetness and umami have slightly decreased, and the taste has changed to a more refreshing one due to the alcohol.
The taste varies from day to day but all were delicious 😋😋😋😋😋😋.
As expected from Saku-sama 😊.

My wife wants to drink Saku Impression after a long time, so we go to a liquor store in the city 🚙.
They have a variety of Saku, but the Impression we were looking for 💦 was not available.

So, I found a bottle of Saku Aizan and another bottle in the fridge, and while rummaging through the fridge, my wife's eyes 🤩 spotted the words "sparkling and nigori".
