A drink that I have no information about at all. LOL.
If you look closely, you can see the usual three grains of rice behind it, which is cute.
My first impression was that it was sour! I thought it would be sour, but it was not as harsh as I expected, and the aftertaste was refreshing. It has a thicker taste, like a pure sake, but it's not too strong, which is interesting.
Sake souvenir given to me by someone who went to the Niigata Sake-no-Taiwan. The label is cute!
The taste is quite sour and robust, but the aftertaste is gorgeous and I felt spring in my heart.
It tastes a little bit like a chilled, less-sweet Mitsuya cider. I have an image that most kangiku is sweet, and I like to drink it chilled, but this one has a refreshing sweetness that makes it easy to drink.
A sake brewery I've been interested in recently.
Sake with a nice sharpness. As the label says, it has a very good balance of sweetness and spiciness. I would like to drink it chilled.
It tasted perfectly of Onshu mandarins! It had a grainy texture and I could feel the commitment to a stiff, fresh fruit wine! Yum! It's pretty thick, so you want to drink it slowly, one glass a day? If you drink it in a big gulp, you'll be drunk before you know it.
Hououmida also makes a delicious fruit wine, doesn't it?
What a surprise, it seems to be a once-every-four-years drink that comes out in leap years! It's very sweet and bananas, but when chilled, it seemed to have a refreshing aftertaste.
