Sake with a hint of aroma of green apple. The aroma is soft, with a hint of green apple. The aroma is strongly felt in the mouth, and a gaseous sensation comes at the same time. It was fruity and fresh, different from Hitogokochi and Kinmonishiki, which are made with different rice. There was a bitterness in the aftertaste, and a slightly greenish taste, which made me wonder if it was a bit too much. I thought it was a bit bitter and a bit greenish in the aftertaste, but it was more mellow and tasty when the temperature was raised.

The aroma was mild, more nutty than fruity. The taste is very mellow and elegant on the tongue ✨The sweetness comes first and seeps through while the finish is crisp and close with a hint of acidity. The sake itself is not very assertive, so I think it is perfect as a food sake!

Mellow Sake. Season of Jyuromanto~! I love the fact that Loman is really mellow and tasty on the palate. This year, too, the taste does not disappoint! The sweetness is moderate, but the umami spreads throughout the mouth with a crisp acidity and sharpness at the end. I think this would go well with anything as a food sake. I paired it with grilled swordfish, which was a perfect combination!

Good evening, tomico! Juromansan is delicious 😋. This was my first time to try ROMAN, and it was a delicious sake with a smooth taste that went well with it 🤗. Sake and Akinatai fish are the best 🤤!

Sake Souzake. The aroma has a hint of sweetness, and the hint of fragrance is stronger. The taste is sweet and chili at first, with the umami coming in later. The bitterness and sharpness come at the end. Orthodox? I feel that the brewing water must be delicious! It's amazing how refreshing it is even though it's unfiltered.
