Mellow sake. It has a soft sweetness on the palate, followed by a robust umami! The richness and bitterness that comes later, which is typical of the sake's sake making process, made it a very rich and flavorful sake!
Mellow sake. This sake is a project started on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of Mochizuki Shoten in Atsugi City. The aroma is not so strong, but the taste has a sweetness like cotton candy and a clear bitterness! It had a luxurious taste that would be delicious with sweets.
Mellow sake. It is mellow and gentle, with a slight sense of maturity. When paired with light snacks, it immediately shows its strong taste and sake-like character. The name "Hishoku" is pronounced "hisoku" (secret color). It is delicious!
Kaoru Sake. It is the most angular of the three, but it softens when combined with food!
I'm glad I got to try it in Toyama, as it's not often seen in the Kanto area ✨.
Good evening, TOMICO. I see you were in Toyama. I was so drooling just looking at the pictures of all the different kinds of sake you compared, from Manjusen to Haya-ya and Hayashi, it makes me want to go to Toyama 😍.
Thanks for your comment, Hirupeko! When I look back, I see that I drank a great variety of drinks lol.
They were all very tasty, so please visit Toyama Prefecture: 🏃♀️✨
