Smelling Sake. Like calpis, like yogurt, like a soft drink! Just right for when you're not a fan of sour sake but want a low-alcohol, slightly refreshing drink!
Kaoru-shu. When poured into a glass, it has a green apple aroma that envelops you! The taste is like drinking mild water with a strong aroma like natural peach water!
Rather than drinking it from a cup, it is better to drink it in a wine glass or a glass that allows you to smell the aroma!
This sake was given only to those who participated in the sake brewery tour. I hope you enjoy it!
Souzake. It is an active nigori sake with a subtle umami aroma on the palate! The taste is refreshing contrary to its appearance, but it also has a hint of umami and sweetness.
I drank it at my parents' house as a souvenir from a trip to Nara. I drank it at my parents' house as a souvenir from a trip to Nara, and we toasted to it together with some pickled vegetables and macaroni salad.
At the sake brewery tour. Kaoru Sake. It is Aizan, the second brand of Harushika's Shikanaru! It has a clean aftertaste but a complex flavor and sweetness mixed with mellowness, and I really liked it. It is a pity that only one bottle is sold anymore.
