Good balance of slight niggles and slight effervescence.
Pineapple-like sweetness.
The flavor and sharpness are also well balanced, so you can drink without getting bored.
Very tasty!
I would like to try other kinds of sake.
Fresh and fruity sake with a slight effervescence.
Refreshing and tasty from the first sip!
The alcohol content is low, so it's easy to drink!
I think it is a very high level sake.
Dry junmai sake with a strong rice flavor
With a rice polishing ratio of 64%, it is not as refined as a ginjo-shu, but it is delicious with a good balance between a robust flavor and the fluffy umami of rice.
It is good cold or lukewarmly heated.

Balanced type
→The image of freshness and rice flavor coexisting in a firm core flavor.
I think it tastes good cold or at room temperature.
7
Freshness of today
→Freshness that everyone seems to like.
Fruity and tasty
Want to drink it cold
8
Strong acidity, refreshing.
→Tastes like white wine. Dry and dry.
I want to drink it cold for a refreshing drink.
Not my personal favorite.
A joint brewing project by seven Miyagi breweries (Katsuyama, Urakasumi, Suminoe, Hakurakusei, Yamawa, Haginotsuru, and Koganezawa). I was attracted by this title and bought it.
It is crisp, sharp, and fresh with a good acidity. I wonder if the yeast has a big influence.
Kyokai 12 yeast
Sake to drink crisply in summer
I was attracted by the jacket and bought it (^^)
A slightly sweet, fruity summer sake.
It's tasty and delicious, but I personally would have liked a little more refreshment.
Cold, of course.
"A delicious summer sake."
The refreshing crispness is followed by a mellow umami flavor. Delicious!
Perfect for the gloomy rainy season!
At a camp in extremely cold weather
Hot sake
The delicious taste of rice spreads softly.
I heated it up quite a bit, but it still has a fluffy roundness to it without being angular. Delicious!
I recommend heating it up from lukewarm to hot.
The left yunagi, I drank for the first time.
It has a clear and clean taste typical of Junmai Daiginjo, with a firm umami and freshness.
A very well-balanced and elegant sake.
My personal favorite!
Crisp, fresh and dry.
The crispness and tightness of the snow country is also good.
It has a good balance of freshness, umami, and sake content, giving the impression of an honor student with a high deviation score. Personally, it tastes similar to Izumofuji.
It will go well with any kind of food.
Yeast CEL24, which I've had at Katsuragi.
Delicious fresh sweetness, like pineapple.
Sweet, but with a refreshing white wine-like aftertaste.
I would like to drink it by itself, not as a midday drink.
Slightly sweeter and more tart than Keigetsu's CEL24.
