ハシケン
Solid alcohol, with a pear-like aroma and a nice bitterness. That's the balance I personally like! It's good for those who are not satisfied with the trendy freshness of the drinks.

ハシケン
A dry sake with a good balance of umami, sharpness and acidity. It has no particular peculiarity and is not too sweet, so it is good as a sake for eating. It is a crisp northern sake.

ハシケン
Ripe melon, rich sweetness Mildness that doesn't let you feel the 17% alcohol. Different from the image from the label and the bottle, but it's good! The sweetness is so strong that one or two glasses is just right!

Fresh, but dense and heavy. Strong acidity, some bitterness in the second half. I don't feel the melon that I expected from the label. I don't like the smell of alcohol and the feeling of separation.

ハシケン
The sake I reserved at a local liquor store has arrived. A wonderfully balanced light nigori. Freshness, umami, good acidity. There is also a slight bitterness from the light nigori, all in perfect balance and very tasty!

ハシケン
Orthodox Sake Well balanced. →It is moderately fruity and fresh. It has umami and sharpness, but it is not too sweet and has no miscellaneous flavors. The expression "a serious banker" in some evaluations is perfect.

ハシケン
Sweet and fruity! Aroma like melon and green apple! The sweetness is quite strong, like a noble sake. It has a strong flavor, but personally, I would like it to be a little more crisp.
