It was served cold.
Aroma: Melon? Apple? Refreshingly sour.
Taste: Green apple? Pear? Something like that.
I had it with baby shishamo smelt, dried puffer fish, bean sprouts and broccoli namul, tofu, and soup vermicelli.
Namul is x. Doesn't go well at all.
Tofu + squid kelp is good
Dried puffer fish and shishamo are passable.
This seems to go well with red meat.
I thought it would be good with red meat.
