Sixth drink. Too much drink? (*^^*) 26 years old. Unintentionally almost the same age as my 27 year old daughter. lol I have to drink it. ❗️(*^^*) The lees are the color of old wine, surprisingly tart, and the aftertaste is withered bitterness! Delicious.

It is an old sake, so it has a little bit of a peculiar taste, but it is crisp and delicious. It went perfectly with raw oysters 😋. Hon Atsugi Morotsuyoshi: 20240222

Celebration Sake Kaikeun Honjozo Series ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Polishing ratio 60%, ALC 15%, Alcoholic Tonight's get-together is also a New Year's party, a month late, so we decided to choose a sake with a label like this 🤗. I think it's a clear, slightly dry sake 😋. I had received a Junmai Junmai Celebration Sake Kaiun in 2021, but since it is a honjozo type sake, I registered it as a new one 🥰. Junmai Ginjyo Usu Nigori Nama Sake ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Polishing ratio 55%, 16%. After pouring it, I realized it was from the same brewery as the Hanazono Hanazono I had just received. It is lightly cloudy, but has a carbonated feeling and is refreshing and easy to drink. Hon Atsugi Morotsuyoshi: 20240222

Junmai Daiginjo-shu Padlock of Love ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 100% Yamadanishiki, 60% polished rice The all-you-can-drink course at Morotsuyoshi was unique. 1,000 yen/30 minutes, with an extension possible for the same amount. You serve yourself sake from the three refrigerators, pour it into the sake cups (about 45cc) given to you, and return to your seat 🤗. I chose the second type of sake because of its lovely label and poured it into the inokuchi. It has a gorgeous aroma and is a sweet sake 😋. Hon Atsugi Morotsuyoshi: 20240222

Kinoene ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 2024 Tachiharu Asa Shibori Junmai Ginjyo Nama-zake Polishing ratio 58%, ALC 16%. Tonight we held a New Year's party, a month late, at Morotsuyoshi, a restaurant that I had wanted to visit since I was informed that the owner resembled the actor Murotsuyoshi and that the oysters and sake were delicious there 🤗. First, we chose Koshi junmai ginjo nama sake, which was pressed on the morning of February 4, 2024, and toasted the participants 🥰. It has a stimulating taste and seems a bit dry, but the fruity aroma that spreads on the palate makes it seem a bit sweet as well 😋. Hon Atsugi Morotsuyoshi: 20240222
