First of all, the name is great! Definitely delicious! This is the first sake from a test brew using the much talked about new Akita rice, "Sakihokore". The first time it was made with a new rice called "Sakihokore," which is being talked about as a new rice variety in Akita. It has a fruity sweetness, but the carbonation makes it feel dry! With an alcohol content of 12 degrees Celsius, it is easy to drink when well chilled!
