Not dry or sweet.
I hear it's fully fermented to eat up all the sugar.
It has a rich aroma, a mild sweetness from the rice, and a clear acidity.

Sanmai Hashii, Junmai Ginjo Premium (Sake rice: Aikoku, Miyamanishiki, Hiyori)
Aromatic and easy to drink ginjo-shu. The sense of bitterness draining away and the tangy acidity lingering on the tongue, but it is refreshing and highly recommended!

This is another one that I was into for a while, Lo-Man.
I've been enjoying the "shimofuri", or "orikagari".
It's so good and stable, isn't it?

If you don't have any sake, you can always buy Dewazakura at Seijo Ishii.
You can always get a bottle of Dewazakura at Seijo Ishii if you don't have anything else to drink! This is the sake that you can always get at Seijo Ishii if you don't have anything else to drink.
I used to be a frequent customer. These days I don't buy it at all.

Mr summertime, 40% milling ratio. The rice is not good enough for the rice polishing ratio of 40%. Miyakanbai has a lot of disappointments.
It tastes too strong.

In my opinion, Umenoyado is underrated, and that's what a lot of the logs say.
This one is subtly dry, with some sourness. Not a refreshing type (so they say).
