⭐️⭐️⭐️.5 Sanmai Hashii, Junmai Ginjo Premium (Sake rice: Aikoku, Miyamanishiki, Hiyori) Aromatic and easy to drink ginjo-shu. The sense of bitterness draining away and the tangy acidity lingering on the tongue, but it is refreshing and highly recommended!

This is the sake that you can always get at Seijo Ishii if you don't have anything else to drink. I used to be a frequent customer. These days I don't buy it at all.

⭐️⭐️⭐️ Mr summertime, 40% milling ratio. The rice is not good enough for the rice polishing ratio of 40%. Miyakanbai has a lot of disappointments. It tastes too strong.
