But it seems to be one of the few sake with a limited number of bottles.

Sanmai Hashii, Junmai Ginjo Premium (Sake rice: Aikoku, Miyamanishiki, Hiyori)
Aromatic and easy to drink ginjo-shu. The sense of bitterness draining away and the tangy acidity lingering on the tongue, but it is refreshing and highly recommended!
