Otafuku 9th Generation Junmai Ginjyo Suzukaze
Brewed with 100% Omachi, this sake has a color and clean taste reminiscent of Chardonnay wine when poured into a glass. In the mouth, a light ginjo aroma wafts through the nose, leaving a slight bitterness and a light acidity on the tongue.
It is not a mellow sweet sake, but it lives up to its name, Suzukaze, and is quite a tasty sake!

The mouthfeel was sour with a bitter aftertaste.
It was a bit spiky, probably because it had been sealed for so long.
