No fizz, slightly sweet with low acidity, mellow, umami-guchi type.
Not bad, but I personally would like to see more acidity.
So, I rated it .5 down.

Sake from Hirado, Nagasaki, famous for its Christianity.
The bottle was opened with a loud "Pon! and the cork almost flew out of the bottle.
It has a dry sparkling wine-like mouthfeel. It is fresh, but has a fizzy acidity that is a combination of bitterness and sourness. I don't like it much.

All the specs are undisclosed. When I asked the owner about sweet, dry, umami, he didn't give me any answers (you're selling it without knowing what it tastes like? ⁉︎😅).
The taste is juicy, light sweetness and acidity.
The taste is juicy, light sweetness and acidity.
Be careful, it's a bit of a disappointment! I had heard that it was a bit low in AL, but it wasn't, and I could enjoy it by itself without any side dish!

This is a sake from Hasami, Nagasaki, which I drank on my trip. It seems to be famous among the locals.
Not bad, with a slight sweetness and umami flavor despite being AL-added.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Very refreshing. The taste is light, but the acidity is pleasantly assertive, as is typical of Kouei Chrysanthemum. The atmosphere is a bit like that of a local wine, or perhaps a light white wine that is not sweet. Nice!

It's a limited edition (548 bottles for 4 gou bottles / 424 bottles for 1 shou bottles) and the clerk recommended me to buy it, but of course it's not bad, but very ordinary.
I have to be careful about what the shopkeeper's recommendation is and isn't reliable 😅.

Brewed with Gohyakumangoku, orange label.
Is there any sake with this label now?
In the log, there is a description that it has a refreshing acidity and is tasty!
I wonder if it was a good sake from 4. From ⭐️4, it must have been a good sake!

Once again, I learn that this sake is brewed by the head of the Kaze no Mori no Fatenaga 😅.
Aroma is mild, rich and deliciously sweet junmai sake
According to the past logs, it was rated as an interesting sake
I want to try it again!

This sake is made entirely from "Koshitanrei" rice grown locally in Niigata City under contract.
It has an elegant sweetness and acidity, as well as a fruity feel. First of all
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Limited edition "Bizen Omachi". This is a gem produced in particularly small quantities.
It has a freshly squeezed, elegant and refreshing fruity aroma and taste, and is soft on the palate and pleasant on the throat.

Yuki Shuzo's PB sake
Unknown SPEC, except that it is a draft sake (no record).
But it seems to be one of the few sake with a limited number of bottles.
It must have been good from ⭐️4
The name is Nobi but it's still good 😆.

SPEC unknown (Junmai? Junmai Ginjo?)
Thick taste with a persistent acidity.
This sake may already be gone (I couldn't find a sake with the same label)
