⭐️⭐️⭐️ A drink called "Alcoholic Muskmelon" (Alcoholic Muskmelon). Translated as "drunken melon" (Shozora: drunken melon). Polishing ratio: 80%, AL 13%, 15% muskmelon with pulp, doburoku🍶. The bitter taste comes first in the mouth, but the bitterness is like eating a melon. This is also a taste I've never experienced before! It was not a sake that I would recommend!

⭐️⭐️⭐️.5 Sake from Hirado, Nagasaki, famous for its Christianity. The bottle was opened with a loud "Pon! and the cork almost flew out of the bottle. It has a dry sparkling wine-like mouthfeel. It is fresh, but has a fizzy acidity that is a combination of bitterness and sourness. I don't like it much.
