It looks and feels so sloppy on the tongue that it's like drinking yogurt. The carbonated tingling sensation on the tip of the tongue and the pleasant sour taste give it a refreshing taste like ramune. If you think it's ramune and drink it like that, you'll end up gooey. Score for my taste: 3.5/5.0

It's the kind of sake brewery that makes you want to be a delinquent and then play basketball. They sell high malic acid producing yeast, and the label is cute. When you put it in your mouth, you can certainly feel the sourness of malic acid. It is surprisingly dry and not very fruity. It is a rather dry sake for a Jun-Gin, with the addition of malic acid. My personal preference: 3.2 / 5

I had this sake from Fukushima, which I like the most, with steamed octopus from Miyagi and wakame from Iwate, and the Tohoku trio.
