It has a refreshing blue label. The moment you put it in your mouth, the first thing you will notice is a refreshing ginjo aroma and umami☆☆, a soft sweetness☆, and a very weak carbonation stimulus. It is a Junmai Ginjo, but the ginjo aroma is not so strong. The aftertaste is dry, with a faint lingering scent of rice. Tonight I drank it with just sake, but it might go well with food!
