Yamamoto's summer sake. It is said that they use a yeast that is full of malic acid. At the first sip, the acidity is crisp but has a natural softness. The aftertaste is fruity and refreshing. It is a delicious sake. I think it is good to drink it chilled. I heard that "pounding" is just an idea and doesn't mean anything.
