It's the kind of sake brewery that makes you want to be a delinquent and then play basketball. They sell high malic acid producing yeast, and the label is cute. When you put it in your mouth, you can certainly feel the sourness of malic acid. It is surprisingly dry and not very fruity. It is a rather dry sake for a Jun-Gin, with the addition of malic acid.
