Gorgeous melon aroma, pleasant sweetness and refreshing acidity. Fruity. The astringency comes afterwards and it has a full-bodied feel, but it doesn't interfere with the aftertaste. Fruity but not too light, a perfect balance. Delicious! My personal preference: 3.8 / 5.0

The moment you put it in your mouth, the soft but clear sweetness and the ginjo aroma spread out like a buzz. You can also taste the umami. Delicious! From there, it doesn't end transparently, but with a complex aromatic? It ends with astringency. This was a delicious bottle, drinkable by itself. My own preference: 3.9 / 5.0

From the refreshing sweetness, there is not much of a ginjo aroma, but there is a solid rice flavor and a clear bitterness. It seems to go well with thickly seasoned Japanese dishes. My personal preference: 3.4/5.0

Pure Black, Yamamoto's Junmai Ginjo, which I fell in love with after drinking Dokidoki. It has a high quality sweetness and a banana aroma. It's got a great flavor and a refreshingly swoony aftertaste! Doesn't interfere with food, and is great on its own as a sake. My personal preference: 3.6/5.0

It has an elegant sweetness and a gentle sourness, and from there, it also has an elegant but firm flavor. There is a faint aroma of rice. There is no miscellaneous taste. It is an excellent sake for eating. We had it with three kinds of sashimi of horse mackerel we caught, tataki, and namerou, and bone crackers. Even if you drink it only with sake, you don't feel it is not enough. Delicious! My own preference 3.7/5.0.

If you look at the introduction on the website, you will see that some describe it as dry, but is it really so? It has an elegant sweetness like Wasanbon, and a faint melon aroma. The rice flavor is moderate and there is almost no miscellaneous taste. It's delicious! It goes well with food and can be drunk on its own. My personal preference: 3.7/5.0

This is a Junmai Daiginjo from Yamamoto, who enjoyed drinking Dokidoki. As the label says, you can feel the bittersweetness of love? It is a gem. When you put it in your mouth, there is a crisp acidity and umami, then a little bit of rice aroma, and the aftertaste is dry and refreshing. It is certainly not the image of Junmai Daiginjo, but it is elegant and fine including the aftertaste. My personal preference: 3.3 / 5.0
