To get over the rainy season's gloom, I had it chilled, and it was the right choice. From the first sip, the ginjo aroma, sweetness, sourness, and acidity come in good balance, and the inside of the mouth becomes rich. Saliva is flowing. The umami comes later, and it has a mellow aftertaste. It's delicious! Dried fish under the ice from the same hometown as a side dish.
