This is a Junmai Daiginjo from Yamamoto, who enjoyed drinking Dokidoki. As the label says, you can feel the bittersweetness of love? It is a gem. When you put it in your mouth, there is a crisp acidity and umami, then a little bit of rice aroma, and the aftertaste is dry and refreshing. It is certainly not the image of Junmai Daiginjo, but it is elegant and fine including the aftertaste.
