Lightly carbonated and chirpy. It has a moderate sweetness, a light ginjo aroma, and a good amount of amino acid flavor. There is a hint of bitterness in the aftertaste, which seems to be a characteristic of Miyamanishiki. Not flashy, but strangely delicious balance. I drank it with just sake, but it would be good as a food sake as well.
