The label has a rustic feel. It's not too flashy, not too sweet, but it has a good sweetness from the rice, and an aroma of rice in the aftertaste that is typical of sake. There is not much acidity, but it has a nice sweetness and fruitiness, but it is still very much like sake, which is a balance I like and have never had before.
