22/08 Cold sake A cup of sake I received as a gift. To be honest, I was surprised at how delicious it was when I drank it without any expectations. It was just so clear. It was as if the deliciousness of the brewery's water was directly transformed into sake! I was very impressed.

22/08 Cold sake The price is quite aggressive at about 2,800 yen for a four-pack. My impression after drinking it was, "If I had known it would taste like this, I would not have bought it. For 2,800 yen, you could buy a bottle of Sawaya Matsumoto's 500, Akabu's Junmai, or Suminoe's Tokushun... Of course it's high quality, but... The Tojo Yamada I drank in early spring (and Yamadaho from Aizu Miyazumi, I might add) was really delicious and made me groan, but the Banshu Yamada was thin and lacking in umami sweetness, and to be honest, it didn't have that "unique" feel to it.

22/04 Cold sake I had high expectations for this sake because the standard green "Dry Junmai/Honor Fuji" was so good, but I was let down. I liked the "Dry Junmai/Honorary Fuji" for its deep sweetness and sharp finish at the entrance, but this Jungin has neither of them. However, I'd like to try another sake from a place with good water because it's pretentious!

22/06 Cold sake When the bottle was opened, I thought it was just sweet on the surface, but as the day went on, I began to taste a nice, rough sweetness from the back. Whether this is unique to "Sake Mirai" is unknown. Many sake shops say on their websites that it can be used as a food sake, but I think it is not suitable for Japanese food. The following is a list of the Jyundo Isshu that I drank in the past year. Hashu Homare>Nihonokumi-nama>Yamadanishiki>Ogara-mi nama >Sake Mirai>Saito no Shizuku (This is my personal impression.) I vaguely remember that Yamada didn't seem to be very Toyo Bijin-like.

22/04 Cold sake Beautiful and seamless. It tastes like a Junmai Daiginjo made from Yamadanishiki. If I had to choose a favorite, I would say I don't like it very much. Although the specs are different, the impression is similar to the Isobojyu Junmai Ginjo we drank in the spring. It's a little bit snide, but it's a good sake to give to a "not-so-friendly boss".

Cold sake (The brewery's recommendation is "on the rocks" since it is an 18% pure sake, but we impatiently tasted it straight) My impression is abstract and meaningless. The "Kuroryu taste" that you feel the moment you drink it is impressive. I don't feel it so much with Jungin. It might be the taste of alcohol added to Kuroryu. Since I drank it straight from the bottle, the attack is naturally strong and the sharpness is considerable, but there is no unpleasant feeling at all! I'm not in any way in awe or awe of the legendary brewery. I am not in awe or awe of legendary breweries, but I am consistently impressed by Koryu's sake, regardless of the type. I feel a dignified presence that makes me want to straighten up my residence. I feel a sense of dignity.
