22/04 Cold sake
I had high expectations for this sake because the standard green "Dry Junmai/Honor Fuji" was so good, but I was let down.
I liked the "Dry Junmai/Honorary Fuji" for its deep sweetness and sharp finish at the entrance, but this Jungin has neither of them.
However, I'd like to try another sake from a place with good water because it's pretentious!
