22/06 Cold sake
When the bottle was opened, I thought it was just sweet on the surface, but as the day went on, I began to taste a nice, rough sweetness from the back. Whether this is unique to "Sake Mirai" is unknown.
Many sake shops say on their websites that it can be used as a food sake, but I think it is not suitable for Japanese food.
The following is a list of the Jyundo Isshu that I drank in the past year.
Hashu Homare>Nihonokumi-nama>Yamadanishiki>Ogara-mi nama
>Sake Mirai>Saito no Shizuku
(This is my personal impression.)
I vaguely remember that Yamada didn't seem to be very Toyo Bijin-like.
