22/09 Cold sake From the specs, I'm guessing it's the standard "Yamadanishiki 5055". Yamada-Nishiki 5055" aged for 6 months With the usual Chochin Hyogo Yamada flavor. Anyway, it tastes good. I don't know if there's any difference between the raw and unaged versions. I don't have confidence in my ability to taste it. I don't remember the price. I don't remember the price, but it's over 2500 yen for a bottle of No. 4. I think it's a bit buggy. But it tastes good, so I guess it's okay.

22/03 Cold sake I bought two bottles, one in August. The other bottle was purchased in December. The conclusion is as follows When I drank it in August (aged for about 6 months) It was sweet and tasty, and the flavor was to my liking. The depth of sweetness and umami penetrates the tongue It is like a flood of deliciousness that comes at you from the backside. As for the one we drank in December Fermentation may have progressed too much, but the spicy taste came first. the spiciness came first and the taste was elusive. Difficulty in home aging of unpasteurized sake

22/11 Cold sake I accidentally shook the bottle before opening it, but it didn't blow out and the gasiness was moderate. Compared to last year, the meloniness has receded and the nigginess has increased. Maybe that's why it's the most drinkable in the past. This year's nigori so far Omine>Hirotogawa>Jikin>Tenbi (This is my personal impression) I have high expectations for Akabu, which I haven't had yet.

22/10 Cold sake More acidity and bitterness than sweetness and flavor. Tasty but without the unique taste. If you put about 10 types of nigori together, they would be buried. There is no point in comparing them, but I preferred Omine because it had more individuality.

22/07 Cold sake I drank it in late summer. Stable Chochin. It's a little low-polished and tastes like that, but that's okay. I don't know if it comes from the nature of the rice or the milling ratio, but it tastes a bit lighter than Yamada's 5055, which I had last year. As usual, it is a unique sake with a one-of-a-kind feeling.

22/10 Cold sake Sake that tastes like "Junmai Daiginjo-namaishu". No characteristics. I prefer 45 to 39 in the first place, so it's a pity that I can't get rid of the not-so-good feeling of 39 even though it's still a pure sake.

22/06 Cold sake I drank it without much expectation because of the image of ordinary Yamahai Junmai (black label), and was surprised at how delicious it was! The quality of the sake is just like the catchphrase "rich and beautiful". Yamada-Nishiki, the king of sake rice, is not my favorite, and I have been disappointed with many of them. But the best ones, including Chochin, Kuroryu Akiagari, Kikuhime Tsurunori, etc., are the most delicious!

22/09 Cold sake Drank around early 22/10 Cheaper version of Halloween. It's supposed to be a "Japanese pear", but I'm not sure. Roughly sweeter than the usual "Takachiyo". It's great that they make various kinds of sake and each of them is of high quality, but if you ask me which sake I like the most, I'd say it's subtle.

Shipped 22/10 (bottled 21/12), cold sake From the manufacturing process, it is a kind of "Aki-agari"? (However, it is labeled as hi-ire, not nama-fume.) Junmai Daiginjo specs, but it doesn't have a "junmai-daiginjo" feel to it. I drank 3 kinds of sake in 6 months, Sensation Ao, Theatrical Lily Lala, but there is no sense of unity at all, and I like it. Among the three I drank, Natsu no Ao was good because it had a distinct character.

22/10 Cold sake Freshly opened, it has a rather harsh seme smell and a rather thick sweetness. It asserts its identity. If asked if it tastes good, not at all. As it gets closer to room temperature, the seme smell lessens and the sweetness becomes slightly more favorable. The sweetness is a bit more pleasing. (The early spring Yoshikawa Yamada and Miyazumi Yamadaho and Kijoshu were good) The price has been raised and it's not so good!

22/11 Cold sake Purchased it because "I have no choice but to buy it when I see it". It is a special pure hi-ire (nama-zume?) sake. The sweetness does not come so much compared to the I got the impression that the nigga was more noticeable. Compatibility with rice wine is as bad as ever.

22/08 Cold sake Sake drunk around 22/09 It was probably too good for me, as I am not capable of tasting rice (who can taste Kojo-nishiki blind?). I know it's popular, but I don't like it", which is common to most brands of tasake, was never overturned.

22/11 Cold sake Well balanced with just the right amount of acidity. The sweetness is more than a so-called fruity sweetness. It is more like a delicious sweetness derived from the lees. It is reasonably priced and impeccable sake.

22/11 Cold sake I regretted not buying it last year, so I'm ready for it. It tastes like cream soda with lactic acidity. It is similar to "Koueikiku snow crescent" and "beau michelle snow fantasy" which I drank in the summer. It's not too sweet, and even though it's a 14.5 sake, it's lighter than its alcohol content, so you can drink it very easily. It is a little expensive (about 2400 yen).

22/09 Cold sake Maybe the best in terms of satisfaction of a single glass! The highest degree of sweetness However I drank "Kuroryu Autumn Rise" on the same day. by far! I always think it doesn't go well with food and I can't drink a lot of it.

Under 22/08, cold sake. I didn't like the "Natsu Shibori" at all and thought it was a bad idea. It has a thick flavor that betrays the image we had of it. It is similar to "Bishu no Sekkei" but thicker and thicker. Thinking about it calmly, this might be the first Yamadanishiki from this brewery! I felt like I had a glimpse into the depths of a legendary brewery!

22/08 Cold sake The signature model of Akabu, which is a long time since I've had it. It is unexpectedly refreshing, and to be honest, it doesn't seem to have much character. The following is what I drank in the past year. Natsukasumi>hiyaoroshi junmai>mountain>sea>new born junmai>junmai ginjo>junmai (This is my personal impression)

22/08 Cold sake It is sweeter than acceptable. Maybe it is because the water is clean. Still, I think it is too sweet when I think about it calmly. I just tasted a sip. I preferred the one from the rainy season (Akaban?) Oumachi was more to my liking.

22/02 Cold sake I was curious about "Laughing Four Seasons" because of its delicious sensation/blue color. This sake is aged for about 6 months in a fire-fired condition. It has a very strong sweetness. It clearly lacks a sense of balance. but it still has a strange taste that is not unpleasant. It's different, but close to the feeling one gets when drinking kijo sake. Interesting!

22/07/07 Cold sake I didn't like Yamadanishiki/Jungin and bought this without any expectations. Disappointing in a good way. It is full of the umami of Omachi and not too sweet. I didn't feel any gassiness (possibly due to poor storage method). I thought the sweetness would increase with time. But there was not much change in taste in 3 days until I finished it. Next time, I'll try Tokujun.
