Purchased on a business trip to Himeji I looked for a liquor store near Himeji Station, but couldn't find one, and I didn't have much time to spare, so I bought it at a souvenir shop near the station called "Harisan-kan". It was a little hard to drink due to my health condition.

It's the first time for me to do this. I thought it would have a strong sweetness, but it has just the right amount of sweetness and umami. The sweetness and umami are just right, and the bitterness and spiciness round out the flavor. I enjoyed it with Jidori chicken tataki.
