The same fruity aroma as the first rise, soft rice flavor and mild sweetness spreads with a thin line of acidity, and finishes with a slight bitterness.
It is fresh and mild, but the umami of the rice is well expressed. It goes well with meals and is of course delicious on its own as well.
It goes well with oden (a Japanese stew), roast beef, and take-out from Sushiro (sushi restaurant), which I had at my father's house on the first anniversary of his death. もとこじIt has sweetness and umami, but has a nice clean aftertaste.
Reasonably priced☺. もとこじI prefer junmai dry sake,
But when I drink sake like this once in a while
I feel healed. ☺️ もとこじ+13 degrees, dry but something is missing.
I want a little more umami from the rice. もとこじIt's fire-roasted, but it's so fresh? もとこじElegant and light to drink. もとこじI drank Ura Otokoyama before and it was good, so I fired it up as well.
It is more robust than the raw 👍and has a slight tangy aftertaste. もとこじPurchased Miyazumi after having a hard time deciding between Sharaku and Miyazumi.
It's Junmai hi-iri, but it's a bit raw or ginjo-like.
The sweetness, umami, acidity, and spiciness come in order and are enjoyable 🎶. うーやんIt took 2 days to open the bottle (it was too hard on the day of purchase).
It is full of smooth rice flavor.
It is dry with a strong acidity and is refreshing contrary to its appearance.
It is also good as a food sake! うーやんThe ultimate in food sake," indeed!
It seems to go well with any meal, Japanese or Western.
Discreet citrus aroma, unassertive but with a strong presence.
