Summer, I finished harvesting summer vegetables with my cousin whom I hadn't seen in a long time in the afternoon, and corn, tomatoes, and cucumbers lined up on the colander. I enjoyed the previous Bon (Shiboritate Hatsuyuki) so much I bought another spec! This is the Yamahai spec, but it is not listed on the label! The top aroma is a lactic acid aroma. The lactic acid smell is not that strong. It has a mild pear-like fruity aroma It has a rich, medium-dry taste Soft and mellow on the tongue with a firm taste. Slightly sweet with a rush of umami bitterness. In addition to the complex flavors of sweet, umami, and bitter, there is a slight lactic acidity in the aftertaste. Delicious sake, but I myself would like to taste more sweetness😅.

Today's sake is also from Tochigi Prefecture! Ona's "Kikunosato" is a limited edition brand of the Japan Famous Sake Association! Refreshing aroma of lychee, pear and sake spirit. Juicy and easy to drink Slightly astringent and bitter at the end to tighten up the whole experience, It leaves a freshness in the mouth reminiscent of grapefruit. Good, but the depth of sweetness seems a little monotonous I feel it lacks a little bit of flavor. Personally, I'd like to see more richness. What a stroke of luck! I met the full moon label. It's usually crescent-shaped, but one in 120 bottles has a full moon label. I found it by chance at a liquor store when I went on a trip to Kagawa. I felt it was ironic that a citizen of Okayama Prefecture met a sake from Okayama in Kagawa, so I bought it immediately! This sake also uses the same Hakuto yeast as the Yume-no-Hana we drank the other day. The aroma is a mix of sweet fruity and matured aroma like unrefined sake and koji. When you put it in your mouth, you will feel a tingling sensation in your mouth and the flavor will spread. It was like it was going to snap with the spiciness. I prefer a refreshing sake in the summer, so I would like to encounter this sake again in the winter.

Unlike the impression of the Kame-Sen CEL24, the 🐢 Kame-Sen is more intense and sweet. If you taste it in a thin crystal wine glass, the popping of the gas is very pleasant. If you like a sweet and fruity taste, such as Kanyangkou, then Kayozuki CEL24 is a good choice. It's very elegant, similar to a gay bath, but with a slightly unpleasant odor of rags and sweat. Sake brewed with Sanuki olive yeast. Pale yellow in color. The aroma is light, with a slight herbal note. In the mouth, it is characterized by a slight sweetness and moderate acidity, slightly dry and light. It is a little bit like Kuheiji in my sense 🍶. I recommend letting it sit for an hour after opening the bottle. The bitterness and spiciness of the alcohol will eventually disappear.
