Hagi no Dew, Amedare Ishi wo Kutsuru Tokubetsu Junmai Jusui Shizukomi This sake was used as a toast at a recent sake party. It has sweetness in the mouth, umami, a nice sharpness, and a little bit of acidity that I like! Delicious. ...... My favorite level ☆ 3.8

Junmai Ginjo Mizubasho Sweetness, umami, acidity, and balance are so well balanced that it is easy to drink! A cosy sake! It's hard to believe it costs 3,000 yen for a bottle. ...... It has so much potential!

Special Junmai Oyama Hiyashiroshi (cold sake) When you put it in your mouth, you think it has a gorgeous taste, but then you realize that it is dry and has a great sharpness! It goes well with sashimi, and is the perfect Hiyoroshi sake!

Junmai Ginjo Mizubasho This is a very good quality sake! A bottle is less than 3,000 yen, tasty, goes well with sashimi, and = great! It doesn't have the "petit" taste, but it has a strong umami and a sharp aftertaste...it's good. I have been drinking a lot of sweet sake lately, but this is the first time in a long time that I have been impressed by its sharpness. I will have to repeat this! From the description of the aroma and the recommendation to drink it in a wine glass, I think this is a brewery I like a lot. ...... I'll probably buy it again!

Koshi Limited Edition LODE STAR Junmai Ginjo Sweet taste, a little bit of a bite when you open it, disappears quickly, but ...... Maybe this is my first time drinking this sake? When I opened it, it was like "umami-kuchi", "petit bubbles", and "sharp", but 5 minutes later, it was sweet! This might be fresh!

Junmai Daiginjo Hagi no Dew Summer Sake Nama The palate is gorgeous, so what? Is it sweet? I thought so. It has a nice sharpness and a dry aftertaste. Not my favorite petit-but my faith in Hagi-no-Dew is high!

使用米が松山三井とポップに書いてあったので購入 勝手に甘味少なめを期待していたが、甘味　旨味少ないことはなく癒される感じ☺️ 後味はサッと切れてサッパリしてよい👍

Immediately after opening the package, I thought it had a strong seme smell and I didn't like it, but after a day it settled down and became more balanced. It is brewed with rice. Slightly effervescent, with a hint of rice sweetness, it has a high alcohol content and is very drinkable, and it is good lukewarm. It is not suitable as a food sake.
