Junmai Ginjo Mizubasho
This is a very good quality sake!
A bottle is less than 3,000 yen, tasty, goes well with sashimi, and = great!
It doesn't have the "petit" taste, but it has a strong umami and a sharp aftertaste...it's good.
I have been drinking a lot of sweet sake lately, but this is the first time in a long time that I have been impressed by its sharpness.
I will have to repeat this!
From the description of the aroma and the recommendation to drink it in a wine glass, I think this is a brewery I like a lot. ......
I'll probably buy it again!
Koshi Limited Edition LODE STAR Junmai Ginjo
Sweet taste, a little bit of a bite when you open it, disappears quickly, but ......
Maybe this is my first time drinking this sake?
When I opened it, it was like "umami-kuchi", "petit bubbles", and "sharp", but 5 minutes later, it was sweet!
This might be fresh!
Junmai Daiginjo Hagi no Dew Summer Sake Nama
The palate is gorgeous, so what? Is it sweet? I thought so.
It has a nice sharpness and a dry aftertaste.
Not my favorite petit-but my faith in Hagi-no-Dew is high!
Koshi Junmai Ginjo Nama Natsu Nama
Kouko is never a miss...
It is gaseous and refreshing when opened, but has a strong sweetness.
The umami is the same as ever!
Immediately after opening the package, I thought it had a strong seme smell and I didn't like it, but after a day it settled down and became more balanced.
It is brewed with rice.
Slightly effervescent, with a hint of rice sweetness, it has a high alcohol content and is very drinkable, and it is good lukewarm.
It is not suitable as a food sake.
acidity that becomes a habit
Opened with a splash. The aroma is reminiscent of lactic acidity, like yogurt with lemon. When you put it in your mouth, it has a relatively strong attack, and the sweet and sour taste spreads. From there, the acidity further intensifies, and it is both sour and mellow at the same time, like strawberries before they are ripe, and it finishes with a lingering acidity.
It is delicious when drunk crisp and cold with a snow chiller. The sweetness feels fine and the acidity is tightened. Sharp like lemon sherbet.

Summer Evening
The aroma is reminiscent of refreshing sweetness. It is both melon-like and apple with honey-like aroma. Elegant sweetness spreads from the mellow attack. It contains a powerful flavor that is unexpected from the aroma. A hint of aroma similar to that of the Kamitatekoso rises, and while the overall sweetness remains, it finishes with a slight piquancy and a lingering sense of alcohol.
Summer, I finished harvesting summer vegetables with my cousin whom I hadn't seen in a long time in the afternoon, and corn, tomatoes, and cucumbers lined up on the colander. We take off our straw hats and fanned ourselves with a cup of barley tea along with sweetness. We take a break on the porch. After a while, a warm breeze comes in. The sky suddenly turns gray and it begins to rain. Soon, the rain pours down in torrents. I watch the scene with my cousin. Such a scene comes to mind when I read "Natsugin," the summer poem about the snowdrifts in Oze.
When it gets a little warmer and cooler, it becomes more mellow and delicious. It is also an entertainment to enjoy the different expressions.
