I have seen the exterior of the magnificent brewery, but this is the first time I have had a drink.

As we could drink sake from all 47 prefectures, we first chose a sake from Okinawa, which is not often seen.
Although the sake did not taste as impressive as I had expected, I was satisfied that I was able to drink Okinawan sake.

On a trip to Kanazawa, the waiter recommended this sake as a good match for Kanazawa Ondon.
It seems to be very flavorful.
Oden, tempura, sesame buri... it goes with everything!
