We went there with a full intention of drinking good sake, and the first thing the manager recommended. He said it was a rare sake of a higher grade among the Jyushiyo brands. It was indeed delicious. I felt a little sourness.

First sake from Nagasaki Prefecture. The label is stylish. I couldn't quite identify the tropical fruit aroma that was mentioned in the description, but it didn't taste too much like sake.
