Stable oriental beauty
Exquisite sweetness that is not too sweet. I love it.
I found it by chance at a supermarket and bought it.

Sometimes I want to try a different kind of sake.
So I chose Raifuku Strawberry Flower Yeast by Raifuku Shuzo.
Spring is the season of strawberries, so it is perfect.
The aroma was of strawberries...or not...my pollen-stricken nose couldn't tell at all (laugh).
Let's drink it after regaining our composure. I can faintly taste strawberry flavor at the end of drinking...I think. This is the limit for my rough palate (laugh).
