First Takachiyo I saw that Takachiyo has a good selection, so I wanted to drink it and went to the liquor store. But, don't you have a lot of friends in the same price range? I was wondering which one to choose, when I caught a waiter who was just passing by and asked him a question. As a result, he chose this Takachiyo. Now, let's open the bottle. It is labeled "SPARK," but there was no spillage. It doesn't say "be careful of spilling" either. It is safe. And, as it is said that there are no disappointments, it is delicious! It is delicious. I want to drink other Takachiyos too (laugh & wish).

Hot summer makes me want a shwashy drink. So this time it's Ganki Sparkling. There was a warning on the bottle, but I was also warned by the liquor store, so I carefully opened the bottle. I was nervous when I opened the bottle because I had a history of spilling a bottle of Ganki Sparkling. I loosened and tightened the bottle, then loosened and tightened it again and again, and was able to open the bottle without incident. Let's drink it right away. Wow, it's delicious. (Vocabulary! As expected, it is just as shwashy as I expected, perfect for a hot summer day. If I'm not careful, I'll finish it soon. We enjoyed it with yakitori.

B.B." means "Black Beauty. It is a Junmai Daiginjyo that is only available at the Yamada Sake Brewery. Originally intended for blending and not for sale as a stand-alone product, this sake was never intended to see the light of day (Black), but because it was of such high quality (Beauty), it was specially bottled as a stand-alone product. It is a one-time-only limited edition sake. So I bought it. It was easy to drink and delicious.

Sake that has been on my mind for a long time. The bottle is finally opened. When I was wondering which Houou Mita to buy at the store, Black Phoenix was recommended to me as a first time drinker. Yes, it is as delicious as I expected. It's hard for me to describe it in words. It's hard for me to put into words. It makes me want to drink other Houou Mita.

I bought this sake on the recommendation of my brother at the liquor store. Even before drinking it, my wife said it had only a delicious aroma. It was actually delicious. The flavor spreads in the mouth, and as the description says "super dry", the sharpness is excellent and there is no excessive alcohol content. I am sure it would go well with sashimi! So, I will buy some sashimi tomorrow.

As the label says, it was a calm sake with a rich flavor. I would like to drink this with sashimi! So we had it with sashimi of flatfish. It was delicious. I would like to drink it with Japanese food.
