I bought it for New Year's because it was a zodiac bottle.
It tastes a bit like a classical taste with a bit of umami.
It may not be the latest trend, but I personally like it.

It is a typical Niigata sake with a light, refreshing flavor that goes great with sashimi, hot pot, etc. There are many delicious, famous, rare, and hard-to-find sakes, but this one may be the best in my opinion.

This sake was opened on New Year's Eve.
It was the first time I drank it.
My first impression was "spicy.
Even though I am a dry sake lover, I thought it was "spicy.
I thought it would be better to drink it with strong flavors, so I drank it with dried bonito and fatty cold yellowtail, and it was perfect for resetting the flavors one by one in a good way.

I bought this wine on the chance that I was allowed to taste it when I went shopping for the year-end and New Year's holidays.
It is a limited edition product that has been aged for one year after bottling, and it is said that it can only be purchased by reservation.
The honey-like aroma of the aged product spreads on the palate.
Personally, it is not my favorite sake, but I think it is suitable for drinking while savoring on its own.
This kind of sake is also good once in a while.
