Yeast Sake degree? Miscellaneous impressions This is a limited edition of Kangiku that I have known for 24 years. I happened to find it at a local liquor store, so I got it. It has a clear, clean mouthfeel with a slight bubbling accent that makes your mouth water. It is my favorite sake.
