I chose this as my closing dish. It should be, but the taste is appetizing. It goes well with the sweet and thick sauce. Personally, I prefer sauce to salt, and sweetness to spiciness. The umami is standard, and the more seasoned one drinks it, the more easily it goes down. For those who prefer daiginjos, I felt it was too deep and would not suit them.

The robust flavor is addictive. It goes well with shellfish that have a strong smell (I would like to pair it with whale). It goes surprisingly well with bitter vegetables (I thought it would go well with green peppers)! I thought so). It is a dish that can be drunk slowly. It makes me want to go to the brewery.

I like the color! I thought it looked good and ordered it. The taste was as expected. It was a little warm, so I would like to drink it cold. It has a strong aftertaste, so I recommend serving it with yakitori with a thick sauce. I heard there is a flower in the back of the restaurant...?

Ryoseki Shuzo's work. The first sip is a big hit, depending on the sake you had just before, and the depth you feel in the second sip is irresistible. The aroma is strong, so you can drink it slowly. It goes perfectly with the sweet sauce skewers.

It was very spicy, probably because I drank it in between sweet sake. I would like to have a little more umami. I may have lost my taste for dry sake before I knew it. However, if you like dry sake, I think this is an easy dish to order.
