Summer sake! I thought the label was pretty simple... but I didn't expect to see a goldfish pattern on the back of the label.
I didn't have time to chill it that well, so it was a bit on the dry side, but it still tasted sharp and light enough.
It went well with light and refreshing dishes such as tomatoes with salted kelp.
