The aroma is restrained but the taste is imbued with a woody aroma, giving the impression of a well-balanced sake between fresh sake and mellow sake.
It goes well with seseri and char-grilled momos (taro), both of which came from Furusato (hometown)! However, the flavor was a little too strong to go well with Hokke. However, it went well with a salad of Chinese cabbage and tuna that I made on the spur of the moment.
