It seems to have a sweet and lovely taste! The label says "slightly sweet and uniquely complex flavor," but personally, I find the taste to be quite firmly sweet. I put some sweet garlic miso I bought in Miyako Island in a pot with Ippudo Shiromaru flavor, and it went very well with it. It doesn't seem to go well with cheese or sashimi, but it seems to go well with strawberry chocolate and shellfish.

We had a light nigori sake at the camp. It is very refreshing and has a soft and mild taste. We paired it with cheese dakgalbi, which was delicious and did not interfere with the dish at all. Ah! I paired it with Ippudo Shiromaru flavored hot pot, but the softness of the flavor on the palate was more suitable than the cheese dakgalbi! It was very nice.

I fell in love with the label and bought it immediately. It was inspired by a white cat, and the description read, "As the cool and elegant image of the white cat (according to various theories), it has a subtle ginjo aroma and a clean, elegant taste." The description reads, "It has a strong flavor, but it is clean and elegant. It has a strong but dry flavor that goes down smoothly. I paired it with sushi, and it went especially well with sushi with a strong odor, such as shellfish sushi.

It has a yellowish appearance, but the taste is not that harsh and clean. The description on the back says it is dry and delicate, and I agree. I drank it with squid risotto, and it was fantastic. Kaze no Mori has a lot of sweet sake, but it's great that it's not too sweet and clings to the palate, but rather is refreshing and easy to pair with a meal.

It was cold with heavy rain, so it was served hot! The strong flavor of the sake's raw yeast yeast is rounded out just right, making it very easy to drink. It goes perfectly with the sweetness of kiriboshi-daikon (dried radish). It doesn't go well with carrot rapé at all. It goes moderately well with fried white meat with ume paste and well-cooked potatoes. I was drinking it and it was empty in no time...evaporated?

I was tired from work and went to the store in a daze and bought this slightly more expensive than usual sake without looking at the price. It is sweet and gorgeous but refreshing, and is perfectly delicious on its own. It doesn't go well with yellowtail, but it goes well with lotus root kinpira and pork tenderloin with bacon. It also goes well with mapo-doufu. I thought it would go better with sweets, so I paired it with baked Mont Blanc, and it was a great combination!

It has been a long time since I have had a nineteen. It is a slightly sparkling wine. It has a gorgeous mouthfeel, but it is not unpleasant and refreshing, and is very tasty on its own. Because of its gorgeous yet refreshing nature, I have the impression that it can be paired with anything. It goes well with fried octopus, sushi with medium fatty tuna, and sea bream sashimi.

I hear it's a Seven limited edition sake? (Really?). The aroma is very sharp and the mouthfeel is light & a little sour. It is not very sharp, so it tastes like a Japanese sake that is easy to get used to. It goes very well with Kiritanpo, though the flavor of Kiritanpo hot pot is too strong for it.

It is a very light sake. It has a slightly sweet taste with almost no acidity. It is not assertive, so it is mild no matter what it is paired with. It goes well with yakitori (grilled chicken), deep-fried swordfish, and tofu pretending to be albacore.

A light sake with just the right balance of sweetness and acidity, with a slight effervescence on the tip of the tongue. It goes well with the lightness of sashimi. It also goes well with shellfish sashimi.

A clean and delicious taste. It's a deep drink with a smooth initial mouthfeel but soon comes a bit of astringency and bitterness as well. However, it is difficult to review because there is nothing too 𓏸𓏸 lol. It goes well with meatballs and satsuma-age (fried fish cake), but it wins over sashimi. It also goes well with meatballs (which I wanted to make into meatballs but over-pressurized and the potatoes disappeared), so I wonder if it goes well with the fat of the meat?

A strong sake with a sharp acidity. But it also has a sharpness, so it goes down smoothly. It goes well with Emperor Salmon sashimi (tastes like salmon roe). I think it would win over peiyaki and meat and potatoes.

Sake with a full moon label in honor of yesterday's super moon. It has the sharpness and sweetness of a junmai ginjo with depth, and is easy to drink because it is not just sweet. The sweetness and sharpness of the sake are both quite strong, so it may not go with everything, but today I paired it with steak, and it was a good match.

It's clean! But it's also rich and that gives it a little heft and it's very tasty. Perfect with scallops and squid sashimi. It also goes well with tuna toro. I think the acidity is a little too strong for omelettes.

Ni-Rabbit is one of my very favorite sakes. But today's Ni-Utsuri is very sweet! But today's Ni-Rabbit is very sweet! Is that why? I paired it with sukiyaki, and it was delicious.

This sake is easy to drink and well-balanced with a fruity sweetness and a clean aftertaste. I opened a bottle of Fukushima sake to match with sukiyaki beef, and it matched perfectly! It was a perfect match. It drained off the fat from the meat and matched the freshness of the garland chrysanthemum. It was a great collaboration.

It has a discreet but gorgeous aroma and a crisp, easy-to-drink taste. It is not harsh, but it also has a sourness, and although there is no carbonation, it leaves a stimulating taste at the end. The sharpness of the flavor may not be suitable for fried food. It goes well with squid mentshi. It is not as good as sushi, but it goes very well with kanpyoumaki.

The aroma is mild, the taste is clean and crisp, and the sake is well-balanced and very easy to drink. There is a strange milky aroma at the end, but overall it is very tasty. The flavor is a bit strong, so it may not go well with sashimi, but it goes very well with the motsu nabe we are having today.

Fresh and very tasty. I have paired it with yakisuri and sushi, but in any case, it is a food wine that does not interfere and does not feel out of place no matter what it is paired with. It's simply delicious.

A lovely bottle with an autumnal label. I bought the label. It has a strong acidity typical of Kamikigen. But it is also very tasty and has a sharpness to it. It is a bit strong in flavor, so it was a winner with ahi jus and chicken sashimi, but it is simply delicious and a bottle was gone in no time at all.
