This is a so-called classic sake with a modest aroma. It's not my favorite, but it is refreshing and has a nice sharpness! I drank it with sushi, so it was a good sake for a meal!
It would also be delicious warmed up!
★★★★★
Repeatedly opened and closed several times. The lactic acid smells like yogurt!
It is very sweet. Combined with the sizzling carbonation, it's totally a calpis sour.
The sweetness is immediately followed by a bitter taste. It's like, "Oh, no! Bitter!"
I think this is perfect for those who have a sweet tooth for sake.
It goes well with salted pork tongue. I think it would go well with dark meat dishes.
It is delicious!
★★★★★
Aizan is unexpectedly refreshing. The sake level is -10. The sweetness is not insistent, but it still has the sweetness and flavor that is typical of Fuji. There is a slight pineapple flavor. The slight bitterness is a nice accent.
Aizan is good!
★★★★
The aroma is slightly alcoholic, but the drink is more refreshing and clean than I expected.
I can gobble it down without any miscellaneous bitterness! Dangerous!
★★★
Slightly gassy. The aroma is also restrained green apple.
There is sweetness, but more acidity and bitterness.
It seems to be suitable for eating. The bitterness is quite forward on its own, so I'm not sure if it bothers me.
The only thing that remains is the Omachi!
★★★★★
The aroma is melon? The aroma is like melon. It has a nice sound when you open the bottle even though it's fire-brewed.
It is sweet. The sweetness is also refreshing and surprisingly sharp.
It has a slight bitterness, and although it is closer to the sweetness, it is quite well-balanced!
★★★★★
The aroma is clear apple. Drinking it, it's insanely clear and transparent! And it's sweet and mellow!
Is it called "sweet and mellow"? This is so delicious! It's so good you'd think you were drinking apple juice!
★★★★
The bottle was opened with a nice popping sound. The aroma is mild, and the 17% alcohol content is punchy but surprisingly refreshing. The sharpness is moderately dry. It looks delicious when heated. Let's try it!
★★★★
It's almost the end of spring, so I opened a bottle of this one.
The aroma is fruity, but when you drink it, the bitterness and acidity are quite assertive. The sharpness is mild.
I would rather drink it calmly by itself than during dinner.
★★★
It's cold today and I wanted to drink heated sake, so I bought some at a nearby supermarket. There is no name on the bottle, but I guess it is an aluzo-sweetened honjozo.
A sip taken cold is sharp and dry. It has a slight ginjo aroma and a tangy taste.
When heated up, the sweetness increased tremendously and the other flavors disappeared. Yum! If it were only heated up, I'd give it a 5 star rating, including cosmetics, since a No. 4 bottle costs less than 1,000 yen.

This is Snokule, the person responsible for pushing me into the sake swamp, part 2.
I took too much care of it to drink it this late in the season.
It is so gassy that I thought it would blow over for a moment. When I pour it into a glass, carbonation rises. The aroma is mild lactic acid, but when you drink it, the sweetness comes to the fore and there is a hint of bitterness. It is a sweeter grapefruit than when I drank it last year. Oh, it's delicious.
Shuwa Shuwa Pingle Sour
★★★★★
The bottle was opened chilled because of the secondary fermentation in the bottle. The bottle opened easily after a few times of venting.
The aroma is slightly lactic acid, and the sip is a refreshing capsicum sour! It has a surprisingly dry flavor with not that much sweetness. The alcohol content is 14%, so you can enjoy it very much. Delicious!
I also thought the yellow dots on the label were made of felt, which I thought was stylish.
★★★★
I tried it cold and hot as it is a sake that goes well with seafood. It has a mild aroma and goes down very smoothly, and it was excellent with yellowtail!
It was especially exceptional when lukewarm, and the acidity settled down and the flavor of the rice was delicious.
★★★★
I have been curious about the MACHO series for a long time. I finally got my hands on it.
It smells and tastes like bananas and lactic acid, and has a certain amount of miscellaneous flavors, but at 80%, it's good!
It's got a nice sharpness to it!
★★★★
This is a research brew series released last year.
It is crisp and dry when drunk at room temperature. When heated up, it becomes hot and fluffy. It has a tangy taste, but it is crisp and clear.
★★★★
I opened a bottle to celebrate my daughter's Girls' Day.
I couldn't drink for about two weeks due to a corona infection, so I decided to try this for the first time after my recovery.
The aroma of apples was quite sweet. The bitterness is strong, and there is a touch of gas.
It was perfect for a glamorous celebration!
★★★★★
I was able to buy another bottle this year, the one that pushed me into the sake swamp last year at this time.
It has a fruity aroma, a clean bitterness, and a nice crispness. The fruity aroma is followed by a refreshing bitterness and good sharpness. Delicious!
