It's cold today and I wanted to drink heated sake, so I bought some at a nearby supermarket. There is no name on the bottle, but I guess it is an aluzo-sweetened honjozo.
A sip taken cold is sharp and dry. It has a slight ginjo aroma and a tangy taste.
When heated up, the sweetness increased tremendously and the other flavors disappeared. Yum! If it were only heated up, I'd give it a 5 star rating, including cosmetics, since a No. 4 bottle costs less than 1,000 yen.
