Purchase at Ishimoto Sake Shop on the 2nd day in Wakayama Classic aroma with a strong al 👀. Taste on the palate is smooth, The rich flavor comes with a thump. As the temperature rises, the mild sweetness increases and the taste becomes calmer. It was easier to drink when cooled than when chilled to a crisp 🎵.

The last one was Jikin❗ I forgot to take a picture of the warmed KATSUGAWA I drank before that 😅 The aroma is gentle but fruity with green apple aroma! Light fizz in the mouth! Mild sweetness and umami taste on the tongue with a long lingering finish and well balanced flavor! A moment of delicious bliss 😋.
