Sake I encountered while strolling in Aizuwakamatsu
The sake is made by a man who is called the "God of Sake" in Fukushima.
who is called the "God of Sake" in Fukushima.
It is sweet but not too sweet.
It is neither too light nor too heavy.
It is not too light nor too heavy, but has a good balance.
This is the sake made by God...?
I drank it with grilled shiitake mushrooms.
I drank it with grilled shiitake mushrooms, but rather than pairing it with something else
I would rather savor this sake with a little bit of each other. のどかEasy to drink. Delicious without snacks! ヒロ☀️
Fukushima Sake Festival.
This sake 🍶 is also my first time 👀.
They use "Utsukushima shimmering yeast" 🟡.
It has a slight yellow tinge 🟡.
Mellow and extremely toro sweetness ☺️
Ginjo aroma spreads in the mouth🥰.
I didn't know there was such a sake 🍶....
Utsukushima-fukushima. EugeneIt's dark, but not too sweet or cloying 😋🍶. AthrituneServe cold with a glass of sake. It has a sweetness that is the true taste of Fukushima and a deep and diverse flavor.
Because it is made with live koji, the flavor changes quickly.
The taste peaks 1-2 days after opening the package. After that, it has a slightly bitter and medicinal taste. This is a gem in which you can feel the breath of koji.
Recommended for those who have a fast consumption cycle. たむ3rd one. LOL.
It seems harsh at first, but when I drank it, it was sweet and easy to drink! kanikaniSake I received as a tax payment from my hometown as a memento of my trip. It tastes sweet and easy to drink. アザラシ3合Seriously, best of encounter award of the year (≧▽≦).
It's mild and the texture of the water is smooth but firm and sweet! It will be gone really soon!
I should have bought more of it...lol...with crab casserole!
Alcohol content: 16%.
Polishing ratio: 58 ぐがげごSake is good, but sake cups are better! アザラシ3合Thank you, Gugagego-san! This is my favorite sake cup that I bought at Shinshu Kamerei liquor store in Ueda ( ꈍᴗꈍ) アザラシ3合I stayed in Aizuwakamatsu for a consecutive holiday in October, and the sake I learned about at the inn was so delicious that I stopped by a liquor store on my way home and bought some! When I poured it, I could smell it from about 1 meter away! At dinner at the inn, someone who said "I make this" recommended it to me, but I wonder what kind of relationship it has with the inn?
I thought I was going to have about half, but in one night a four-pack of sake was gone in no time...! Bonito sashimi, with lettuce salad!
Alcohol content: 16%.
Rice polishing ratio: 58 massaThere is nothing special about this sake, but it is well-balanced. たしたし@Uekiya
The sweetness is not so much felt and it flows smoothly. Most of the Junmai Ginjos so far have been fruity, so I feel it is a little lacking...... RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
