Typical mellow sake. The color is light gold, the aroma is subtle, but the first sip is full of flavor with a clean aftertaste. It seems to go well with tempura.
At Kashi Shinbashi
At first, I felt a stimulation (from the food?), but after I drank some water to reset the taste, it was soft and tasty. But after I drank some water to reset it, it was soft and tasty!
Oyster spring roll

Continued drinking at Yakitori Fukuzumi.
This was the second drink recommended by the master.
I had never heard of this brand before, but it was delicious!
I can't remember exactly what it tasted like because I drank several glasses and it had been a while, but I remember it tasted rather like old-fashioned sake....
If I have a chance, I would like to buy it and drink it with all my might.
