Aged Sake😎. Nada no Nama Ippon brand is a junmai sake brewed by brewing engineers in Nada Gogo (eight breweries of the Nada Sake Research Association) using only rice produced in Hyogo Prefecture, and is apparently a unified brand of the eight breweries. One of the eight breweries is Kenrishi. Mellow and full flavor that is typical of a long-aged sake. Full-bodied taste 😆. Mild matured aroma I never get tired of drinking it 😆😆😆.

Soukai dry, unfiltered, unpasteurized sake Summer Nama-moto A bit like a perverted sake? That was my first impression 🤓. Sweetness, acidity, umami, and alcohol are all felt in different ways 😋. And the bitterness comes at the end 😋. In a bad way, it doesn't have a sense of unity, It's like the various tastes are asserting each other. Interesting sake 😆🤗🤗

Cute bottle 👍 The name "Jyukyu" reflects the female toji's belief that she is still a full-fledged sake brewer (20 years old) and that there is no end to her brewing career. It seems to be a good thing... 🧐. I can feel the depth and passion that is typical of Japanese female Touji. and passion that is typical of Japanese female toji.
