Sanuki kuradei (species of whelk, Neptunea polycostata) drinking outside (as opposed to inside) I didn't like the aftertaste 😅 It was a bit moldy or something. I don't know what to say 🫣. I guess it has a strong malted rice taste 🤔.

Thank you very much, Matsuchiyo. You have a high percentage of koji 😆. I didn't like the dusty aftertaste of amazake, I felt it a bit at the end 😅. I was kind of under the impression that amazake has a lot of koji 😅.

Oki Homare Muromachi Junmai Sake 90 Tasting 'A reproduction of a sake from the late Muromachi period. Super sweet and amber in color. Reminiscent of Shaoxing sake and ice wine. Reminiscent of Shaoxing wine, ice wine and dried fruit. The tasting was a success. It really is like this 😆. Even though it's not aged. This sense of maturity 😎www Hmmm... a strange drink 🧐. I wonder if it's made with brown rice because it's Muromachi 🤔

Ni-Natsu Koshue Hiyoroshi Junmai Black Label drinking at home Following Yokoyama and Okura Sake shop's recommendation as a food sake 🤓. Mild aroma and sweetness, a little browning✨. A little sour, but but it also has a great umami flavor I don't feel sour 🤔🧐. It's good warmed up w😎w I wonder if they have aged sake here. I want to drink it 😆.

Doburoku Pink with Yushin Seal outside drinking Once in a while Doburoku 😁 I kinda like this label 🤓. It's supposed to be pink with red yeast, but it's not pink 🙀. It's not pink 🙀. I didn't feel the strawberry taste either 🍓🤫. It's refreshing and delicious 😎www.

Nabeshima Yamadanishiki from Yoshikawa Special Junmai Sake Outside drinking (3) Seems to be a limited edition (I'm weak against this word... 😅) Clean and balanced impression ...I actually don't remember much... 😆🤣 It doesn't have a sharpness to it. I thought it would be great with sashimi or fish I think it was good! I guess 😋.

Miyazumi Junmai Ginjo Watabune No.2 Hi-iri Outside drinking Miyazumi Junmai Ginjo Watafune No.2 is made with 50% polished rice, a rare sake rice that is said to be a phantom. This junmai ginjo is brewed with a lot of time and care, and is a special junmai ginjo, once-hot-refining sake. It seems to be a w🧐.
